We are Rebecca and Richard Warriner, proud parents of Polly (6) and John (4)
Warriner. On Tuesday, November 3, 2009 Polly told us that she wanted to do
a fundraiser to buy gifts for orphans. Knowing this is a great opportunity
to continue to foster a philanthropic spirit in the heart of a hopeful little
girl we are helping her send this letter to people that she knows.
This was Polly’s idea from the start, and we are only facilitating her effort
to spread the word. This letter is going out to our family and close
friends with the hope that they can donate a small amount to Polly’s fundraiser.
If you have friends that you feel would be interested in helping Polly raise

All funds collected will be logged and Polly will help purchase toys and
clothing for children in need. I have spoken with Interact (http://www.interactofwake.org)
on Oberlin Road in Raleigh and we have decided to partner with them as the
beneficiary of Polly’s fundraiser.
Interact provides families with a Holiday Bazaar where moms can “shop†for
toys for their children and then wrap them and take them home. It really
gives these mothers a sense of empowerment to be able to do this for their
children!
Polly and Rebecca will be going to the Interact Elf Night on December 9 to
help setup for the Holiday Bazaar (December 12) and she will get a chance to
meet the local administrators of Interact. We couldn’t be more excited
that Polly wants to do this!
Polly will appreciate any amount - $1, $5, $20 – whatever is in your budget
to donate. Please have the checks to us by December 5, 2009.
If you receive this letter after December 2009 we will continue to collect
the funds and work with Interact to purchase items in need.
Thank you for your support of Polly. She is a little girl with a big
heart who continues to surprise us with her charity. I can only imagine
what God has in store for her in the future. She is truly a gift and we
couldn’t be more proud.

Polly's Letter
The document attached below is Polly's letter that she wrote for her
fundraiser. We did not help her with spelling or word choice! This
is all Polly. She wanted to add some toys so people would know what the
fundraiser was for so you'll see she included photos of 2 of her favorite toys -
Belle and Pinkie Pie.
